I thought sleeping more than my usual 4-5 hours would’ve been a blessing, but I don’t think my body was prepared for the rare full night sleep.
I feel less awake, less focused and more tired.
Might be whiplash, a few more nights might hopefully fix this.

@Pastellioli it’s not something you hear about in places that don’t experience heat waves often. Japan is a good frame of reference here, and I’ve also coincidentally heard it in Ben 10 once, so it is an existing term in the Americas. But back to the land of the east, if you play Touhou 6 (goofy name by the by, cuz it’s the first game in the windows timeline), one of Reimu’s VERY first lines is her commenting about being afraid to catch an AC cold. It is something you don’t worry about or experience in examples like yours where the AC isn’t too cold.
It can also cause things like fatigue, headaches, improper sleep, insomnia, cold sweating, loss of appetite, nausea and other stuff. Characterized by both the cause and its shortness, lasting about 1-2 days.
Well this wasn’t so bad
